I just ate some tofu "fingers" They were drenched in some weird Thai sauce. Not bad. Tofu is really weird when you think about it. I was watching a cooking show on PBS yesterday and they showed the process of making tofu. It was actually kind of nasty-looking. But I guess its better than other things (won't get into because I don't want to offend anyone reading this).
Also - I depend on tofu for so much of the protein in my diet.
I read somewhere that vegetarians outlive meat-eaters by 3-6 years. That isn't very much. I guess because the world isn't a very healthy place to live. Its germy.
But there is no way to kill all the germs.
They keep coming back for more.

I think Toulouse has allergies like me. He sneezes a lot - like me. I guess my apartment is dusty. I try to clean it as much as I can. Well - I guess there is no way to get rid of all the dust. You just move it around.
