WAY TOO FAST WEEKEND

Sadly we are in the final hours of this weekend. It was a good one weather-wise and everything-else-wise. It was action-packed. I ran 6 miles yesterday and drove upstate a bit to a baby shower/bbq. Today we went to a Cyclones game after having a delicious brunch at The Cup with Queens friends and my husband - yay!

The 6 mile run was great. My good friend joined me and we ran the loop around Central Park. Not easy, but it felt great, and it was my first 6 miles ever! Good to know I will be able to run at least half of the Half Marathon next month.

The Cyclones lost the game today, but what a FUN experience! I think every New Yorker should hit a Cyclones game at least once. Good, cheesy fun!

And now. I have to force myself to wind down so I can be "ready" for work tomorrow.

I am badly in need of a vacation!
